Faculty & staff at FCCS are Bible-believing Christians who exemplify the highest spiritual and academic standards.

The school board members of FCCS are:
James Anderson, Cindy Dallman, Mike Koopman, Brian Peterson and Scott Thompson.
(Board members are elected by majority parental vote for a term of 3 years.)

In addition, non-voting advisors may be elected to attend meetings and participate in discussions.  Advisors will be invited from former parents, alumni and community members.   After a six-month advisory position, the FCCS board will vote to move the advisor, at his/her request, to voting member status.  There will be only seven voting members at any time.  Advisors will also serve three year terms.
